Skilled Nursing Service

Provided by Registered Nurses (RNs) by the visit or the shift who follow the physician’s orders and monitor and instruct the patient regarding their care.


Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech) Service

Provided as ordered by the physician to enable the patient/client to receive restorative therapy and social work and nutritional intervention as needed.

Home Health Aide (HHA)

Supervised and trained HHAs and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)s aid in achieving care goals.
